• Challenge

    Project stakeholders with Target reached out to our team with a request for an anthem video showcasing minimal yet bold portraits of people who are Black. The finished product needed to be multi-dimensional, with a project led from start to finish by Black creatives across North America.

    Approach

    We put the call out to our Creative Community and accepted pitches from 30 who were located in the US. From that initial pool of talent, 18 were commissioned to remotely film portraits of 34 subjects.

    Results

    With an extremely quick turnaround of fewer than 30 days, we delivered the campaign which ran on broadcast TV across the US.
