    Approach

    We began with a deep dive into audience insights, using our findings to develop a strategy that would drive new talent to Citadel. Positioning was crucial, as we needed to ensure we centered the individuals and their unique stories, rather than financial advertising.

    The final result was an award-winning series of videos highlighting Citadel employees, each sharing their incredible stories, all while maintaining consistency in look, feel, and tone.
